In 2020, the main change among the F1 2020 teams was Toro Rosso's name change to AlphaTauri, the clothing brand of the Red Bull empire. This new identity shone for its first season in its new colors with a victory at Monza signed Pierre Gasly. But this year, there are a few more changes for the F1 2021 teams. Indeed, Racing Point and Renault are leaving their place among the F1 2021 teams to Aston Martin and Alpine respectively. As a result of this change in strategy for these two teams, a new visual identity: the pink of Racing Point gives way to the famous British racing green, while the French team, which has been black and yellow for several seasons, has given way to the electric blue of the Alpine brand.

In terms of engines, only one change is to be noted within the F1 2021 teams and not the least: after a few seasons powered by Renault, McLaren is back under Mercedes power for the first time since 2014. Enough to nurture great ambitions for the team of Woking, who finished fiscal 2020 in 3rd place in the constructors' championship.

While the first race of the season gave way to yet another victory for Mercedes, who have dominated the premier class since 2014, something tells us that their domination could be undermined within the F1 teams in 2021, in particular by Red Bull, in search of his first title since 2013 …

After seeing the 2021 season calendar and the statistics of the pilots composing the grid, we end our 2021 F1 Guide by reviewing the 2021 F1 teams.
